Was about to get in the shower and unfortunately saw myself in the mirror which made me cry. I definitely try to avoid mirrors as it's just depressing. Seeing how big I really am makes it seem like it's impossible to get where I want to be. I know it's not impossible but at this moment that's how I feel.
